Are the folder names supposed to be mangled? "[20230428]ùïôdüòö¬ÅdÉ_Äq(Raiden ShogunüòYae Miko)ver.2-Live2D" for example

Yeah that's how the were named after I extracted everything. Probably windows fault maybe they didn't recognize the original file names. They were already shared with those names.

That looks like the filenames were encoded with SHIFT-JIS, but you didn't set the filename encoding to SHIFT-JIS before extracting
