That's what i've been saying, and I believe it's because these tic tok toe kids practice, they're posed just like girls that do the duck lips. You have to imagine they spend hours looking at themselves in the mirror. Social media created a generation of extreme narcissism. It's to the point where when he smiles.It's hard to believe it's really him. It doesn't look like the classic that we know.

I'm not sure he is even trying to hide anything. At some point everyone on Snap was doing the random squiggle thing. The rumor was if you put that on a photo it acted like a signal to snapchat's algorithm and you would get more views, hence more money. Some still do it but most have stopped at this point.

They usually do as the last snap in a series in the story that they leave up for hours so it’s the one that is on the preview thumbnail. The squiggles draw attention so you’ll scroll all the way through and give him more click revenue.
