Didn't like it probably because I have repulsion from booze and smoking and disorderly females. Also it was actually a more like a set of beautiful pictures (of ugly things) then a movie, there was barely any movement.

Not to be mean, but everything presented is rather shallow. The art is nice, but the animation is obviously limited and uses close ups in a lot of places as a way to obfuscate the visuals instead of being for substance and style. The narrative would've been fine except for the ending where the open ended existential questions are asked, robbing the whole presentation of anything but a generic ennui. Even the lyrics, while very fitting with the composition, tell an extremely simple one sided story, and one that doesn't really fit the visuals as much as it'd like to.
there's some good elements here, but it feels like the start of something, not a finished product.
Yeah I know what you mean about the limited animation. It could definitely use more at some areas. I don't really know how to respond about your comments regarding the narrative, but I guess it doesn't really appeal to everyone.
Although I don't really get the appeal of making it deeper than it needs to be. I don't know how you would define "deep" but we didn't really set out in making something really meaningful. I wouldn't want to make something inaccessible to a general audience, but that's only my opinion and we will do our best to cover our bases in the next release.
