Thanks. Most devs would have just let the NTR happen because they didn't see a way out of it. Not me. I'll rip a hole in the Space-Time Continuum to avoid NTR...and I did. LOL!

Finally got to this. Gotta say, if I ever win the Power Ball, I'll be building a place in the Hill Country where I can see this:
If you move to Alaska they'll give you 1,000s of acers of land for free and pay you $10,000 a year to live there. At least they did about a decade ago. I'm not sure if they still do. Anyway if you don't mind building your own house you can get paid to to get this view.
