The result of the discussion was Keep I guess the consensus is clear enough now. NAC. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many otters • One bat • One hammer) 16:36, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
This vandal is no longer active. I think this edit summary says it all. Yes, the edits are problematic, but does it really matter as much when the editor has long since given up? Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Many otters • One hammer • HELP) 21:18, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
- Delete Gone and forgotten. --Dynaflow babble 21:31, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
- Let me elaborate on why I think this should be deleted. First of all, the page clearly meets the criteria for removal and deletion spelled out at Wikipedia:Long term abuse#Criteria for removal: "Any entry may be removed by anyone if it is clearly an old entry of an inactive vandal; subpages may be nominated for deletion on Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion." ST has very clearly gotten bored of Wikipedia and moved on. He hasn't trolled the encyclopedia for nearly a year, and I don't expect him to come back. In any case, if he does, we can just DRV the page if it's needed. Moving beyond pragmatic concerns, I feel that this page, deprived of its original purpose of actively tracking the MO a prolific and obnoxious troll, merely stands now as a sort of dead monument to SummerThunder's exceptionally persistent imbecility. It's his trophy, his one lasting mark upon a project that has otherwise erased every trace of his existence. We must deny him recognition, but his LTA page will stand in the way of that goal as long as it exists. --Dynaflow babble 05:34, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
- Keep As above - a one year hiatus is not unusual in WP, and we should pay attention to the deadline for deletion of the report. Collect (talk) 22:14, 12 May 2009 (UTC)

- Keep Long term means long term and that is over a year. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:14, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
Strong Keep See above case--SKATER T. 16:58, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
- Keep because I like seeing my name on an anti-vandal page. Seriously, we have no proof that SummerThunder is permanently gone. We can hope as much as we like, but this page should stay in case he returns. JuJube (talk) 03:43, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
