Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
After looking over the article I did not see any section surrounding treatment - so here is a page where they mentions different treatment options.[1] Unfortunately - They only talk about the Hyperorality aspect of kluver-bucy syndrome, but it still provides something.
